    I am trying to connect the WP EasyCart MailChimp Extension to my MailChimp List.

    Upon initial setup, on the MailChimp website -> “Connected Sites” menu says it’s “Connected”. However, once I press Sync Customers, Sync Products or Sync Orders in the EasyCart extension, the MailChimp website option “Connected Sites” switches from “Connected” to “Syncing”, and just stays on “Syncing” forever. It never ports over info. I only have 12 products, no orders and four test customers.

    I’ve recreated/reconnected the store and lists numerous times, but with the same results.

    WP EasyCart confirmed that their extension is set up properly and it is connected to MailChimp. But they said if it is still continuously syncing, to contact MailChimp. Being on a free version of MailChimp, that’s not an option.

    Hopefully, a MailChimp Guru can assist here?

I would recommend contacting the support of either the plugin you are using or MailChimp.com to assist you in resolving this issue.
