Mailchimp übernimmt die EMail-Liste von Hustle nicht.

Hope you are doing fine!

Once the API is added in the Mailchimp integration modal in your Hustle plugin you are able to connect and stablish the integration. In the Connected Apps you will see MailChimp is included. If after connecting using the API you still don’t see the data moved to list, you should verify next the Account and the proper Email List has been configured. Also check if you have created any groups to add the new subscribers properly based on the settings.

The following guide can be very helpful to verify you have followed all the steps. In case you made any recent changes at the MailChimp end, it would be recommended to remove and add again the integration, to make sure the new changes are detected.

Ich habe die Anleitung umgesetzt, und es funktioniert immer noch nicht.

Der letzte Hinweis war aber hilfreich, die Feldbezeichnung für Name ist in Mailchimp “FNAME” und in hustle “Name”

wenn ich die Bezeichnung im Hustle Formular ?ndere, funktioniert das Formular nicht mehr. Trotz Eingabe eines Namens wird der Fehler angezeigt, dass der Name ein Pflichtfeld ist, (der Name wird nicht mehr erkannt.) Das Absenden ist nicht m?glich. Deshalb habe ich es wieder rückg?ngig gemacht.

Bei Mailchimp habe ich keine Stelle gefunden, wo ich das Feld “FNAME” auf “Name” ?ndern kann.

Der Fehlercode bei neuen Anmeldungen lautet:

• Account namePOPUP hustle (640270d1b25f80.07038828)

Thank you for response!

The error states that the value for FNAME (which is your first name field, I assume) wasn’t passed to MailChimp and since it’s set to be required in MailChimp, submission wasn’t accepted.

The key here is to set correct field name (name, not label!) in Hustle so you were on the right track.

1. Edit your popup and go to its “Emails” settings page
2. click on your first name field there and put FNAME in the “name” field in “Labels” settings (“name”, not “Label”)
3. switch to settings and make sure that field is set to “required”
4. apply changes and save popup
5. clear all cache.

Der entscheidende Schritt war, das Cache zu leeren, nachdem ich das Feld “Name” in “Fname” ge?ndert habe.
