• I have a MailChimp account I’ve been using for the past year, and a separate www.ads-software.com website, and am now setting up AutoChimp so I can just write up a monthly newsletter once, and send that out to my members monthly, in WordPress. (Before I was sending it twice, directly via MailChimp, and then I was also posting the blog on my site) –> this doesn’t seem efficient.

But now, as I’m setting up AutoChimp, I don’t see my Templates in WordPress, under Settings – AutoChimp – Campaigns, that I already have setup in MailChimp. Why is this?

Also, I’m not using Buddypress for anything. Should I be?

  • suavros,

I’m having a similar issue. The only templates being imported from Mailchimp into Autochimp are the templates labeled as “Classic”.

Most of my newer templates are of the “Drag and Drop” variety but if you create a new template and go to the “Themes” tab, you should have some options in that list that are “Classic” instead of “Drag and Drop”

    Good luck.

We had the same problem – this tutorial solved it for us…

You have to “code the template”

    https://hhogan.com/how-to-configure-autochimp-to-send-posts-as-email/

I’m new to Autochimp…. And I’m not much of a coding person = not my area of expertise at all.

Are you saying above that it is not possible to use drag and drop templates with Autochimp? I want to be able to design my header and footer but have no clue how to do this in “code your own.”

    Thanks

    Stephen
