Mailchimp Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy

I just started using Mailchimp and I was just about to test my first newsletter and I got this message:
Our automated abuse-prevention system, Omnivore, has detected an action or content in your account that may be in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. We’ve temporarily paused your ability to send while a member of our Compliance Team reviews your account.
I sent a message trying to solve the problem, it was an accident due to my lack of knowledge, no word back, that was in September. Will this ever be resolved? Or should I just move on to a new service?
