MailChimp WooCommerce Plugin Slowing down the site take 1.5 sec to load Inbox x

    I am using MailChimp for WooCommerce and I am not able to figure out why is mailchimp takes too much time to load? My site load time is 3-3.5 sec and out of which .5-1.5 sec load time is just taken by mailchimp “wp-json/mailchimp-for-woocommerce/v1/queue/work”

    is there anyway I can fix this and get it load faster?

    Hi,

    Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin, we definitely want to try to help out. Just to get a handle on the situation you’re experiencing, could you provide a few more pieces of information to help us understand the issue?

    What plugin version are you using?

    Are you on a shared hosting plan?

    If you’re using SiteGround, can you check to see if you’ve hit your daily CPU limit after initiating the sync?

    What PHP version are you using and what is the memory limit is set to?

    Is there any logging errors in the plugin’s logs tab (when it’s set to standard or debug)?

    Do you have any caching plugins or services running?

    Have you tried a fresh uninstall or reinstall?

    @toukira54 We haven’t heard from you in a while – if you’re still having issues, please feel free to write back. Also we’ve released a new version of the plugin today 2.3 so please update when you can.
