Mailchmip Addon

    I installed the Mailchimp Addon, added the Mailchimp API key and specified the mailchimp list that new users should be added to.

    However, new members to the website are not being added to the mailchimp list. Is this Mailchimp addon not compatible with the latest version of the WordPress Platform? Or is it some other problem?

    Hello! Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro. The add-on should be compatible with the latest version of WordPress. Could you try setting the add-on to single optin and see if it still does not register members? Let us know what you find. Thanks again.

    Hi, plugin has this option: Require Double Opt-in?

    I have changed this to “YES”.

    I will do a test and see if this works.

    As per my note above, I gave it a try as you suggested and the new member was not added to the Mailchimp list.

    If you have any other suggestions to overcome this issue I would appreciate it.

    Hey there,

    Are you using any other PMPro addons or customizations? This sounds like it might be some sort of plugin/theme conflict, because the MailChimp addon should work without any further configuration. Try disabling your plugins one by one or switching to a default WordPress theme (such as twentyfourteen) to try to isolate the issue.
