Mailer Not Getting Through

  • 1. I have a wordpress form on a website that does pre-orders – https://thebelmore.com.au/lunchemail/
    2. When filled in, it shoots an email to [email protected]
    3. I have a POP3 mailboxes set up for this address, although it’s probably unnecessary as I understand they use an Exchange Server now.
    4. I can see the emails in the POP3’s Webmail for this mailbox
    5. They are not receiving them on their ipad
    6. The client tells me that they are getting emails sent to that account on the ipad that are directly from suppliers and such
    7. I cannot see any other emails in the webmail other than the ones from the Caldera form

    What is going on here?
