Mailing individual blog posts with a plugin

Hi there,

I’ve tried numerous plugins, to no avail.

– MailPress doesn’t work (and the support is less than adequate)
– Subscribe2 sends emails in text format by default (a sticking point), and my client has very little money, and is therefore unwilling to pay for the plugin version that allows HTML emails
– Jetpack doesn’t allow import of users

What other blog mailing plugins are available out there, that work on 3.3.1, that have both a signup widget for the sidebar and a subscriber count, send emails by default in HTML, and allow import of a list of current subscribers?
