Mailing list & auto-notification

  • I want 2 know whether there is any “Email Marketing” plugin that does 3 things:

    1) Auto send email-notification 2 subscribers about new post/page in my WP blog.

    2) Option 2 send attached files to my subscribers.

    3) Has Double opt-in subscription form.
