• Hi!

Mailjet Plugin does not save the changes when clicking on the SAVE BUTTON (Integrations Tab). Therefore I can’t integrate Mailjet with Woocommerce.

I have done the test in a new installation of WordPress 5.2.1 with WooCommerce 3.6.3 and Mailjet 5.1.0 with Twenty Nineteen. Only those plugins and that theme are installed.

I can send the login data to the testing site for you to check.

    Thanks in advance!

Hello, I’ve just tested it on the same versions as you and don’t have that issue.
Please can you check for errors in the browser console and in the server error logs. It will give us a hint where to look for the problem.

    Thanks!

Good news, the fix has been released in the latest plugin version 5.1.1.

With version 5.1.1 I can not connect to my mailjet-account.
Some time I am rejected, and have to start again with entering API-key.
After deleting and reinstalling the new plugin it seams to work, for now.

In the first steps to configure mailjet some Descriptions are confusing:
    1. Sync wordpress-users, I can choose a mailing-list (ok)
and I can choose two buttons: BACK or SKIP THIS STEP (?)
I want to set this option and go on.

    2. on settings-page for integration is a french sentence (Afficher la case à cocher “S’inscrire à notre newsletter” sur la page de paiement et ajouter les abonnés à cette liste) in the german translation.

    Hi, thanks for your feedback.

    1. Pretty strange… can you share a screenshot of the page? Also try to clean the browser cache and refresh to see if the problem will be resolved.
I’ve just checked and the buttons look fine. They are “Apply & continue” and “Skip this step”.

    2. We’ll fix the translation

    Kind regards,
    Martin
