MailmePoet Plugin Error

  • I have made a site on E-commerce using Template Toaster and added the Mail
    Me Poet Newsletter theme.I have also configured all the settings but still the subscriber option does not appear on my site while opening.I am not able to understand why its happening.

    Can anyone suggest what should I do ? I should change the theme or plugin itself.
