Hi there @rising5561,
MailPoet subscriber trash won’t be emptied
Click on MailPoet subscriber → Click on the trash at the top → Check the subscriber and click Delete permanently → It still won’t be deleted, and there are 5,200 in the trash but nothing has changed. How can I delete them? Thank you in advance.
If you cannot delete a subscriber, it usually means they’re added to the WordPress Users list or the WooCommerce Customers list:
https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/304-why-i-cant-delete-my-subscribers
Those lists are auto-generated based on existing WordPress users on the site, or WooCommerce Customers (including emails on “Guest” orders).
If you need to delete them, WordPress Users can be deleted by going to the WordPress dashboard > Users page: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/133-the-wordpress-users-list
Customers added to the WooCommerce Customers list can not be removed from this list unless you delete their WooCommerce order, and their Customer user account. They can be marked as “Unsubscribed” though: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/278-the-woocommerce-customers-list
If you have deleted the users and WooCommerce orders but still can’t empty trash, you may need to do a “Force sync” on the WooCommerce Customers and WordPress users lists under MailPoet > Lists.
