mailpoet 3 – sending is in pause

    hello. our site is lipslam.it
    we use mailpoet free service to send our newsletter.
    since a month ago all worked well.
    now when we create an email mailpoet plugin put the email in pause.
    we did not change any configuration.
    our key is valid.
    we have 170 subscribers and we send 1 newsletter a month.
    only 2 mail bounced back so far.
    our list of subscribers ar all valid and tested.
    we have read all the forums and support group around the internet…
    what can we do?

    Hello I have this information:

    Sending has been paused due to a technical issue with MailPoet: The MailPoet Sending Service has stopped sending your emails for one of the following reasons:

    You may have reached the subscriber limit of your plan. Manage your subscriptions.
    You may have had a poor deliverability rate. Please contact our support team to resolve the issue.

    I have less then 300 subscribers
    Nad my deliverability are excellent or good…

    so.. why my sending has been paused?

    Same here:
    Every time we try to send a mailing the sending gets paused. Very annoying!
    We send a newsletter every 4 – 6 months.

    Our settings:
    – via Mailpoet service
    – emailaddress verified by mailpoet
    – dns settings verified
    – 800 subscribers
    – all subscribers confirmed.

    Please help us with a sustainable solution!
