Mailpoet and big list : problems

    I’m a premium user and since yesterday I’m trying to send a newsletter to over 60K suscribers. I’m using Sendgrid (Silver premium) as SMTP.
    Since two days i’m like an idiot watching the count of emails sent increasing soooo slowly.

    Settings are currently 250 emails/5 minutes (I’ve tried some differents settings like 20/15min or 500/2minutes, the results are always the same). Sendgrid dashboard shows the datas correctly.

    Results :
    – When emails go out it’s never by 250 batch. The number of sent email increase by only 10 or 20 veryyyy slowly.
    – The remaining time never changes (2h remaining since 1.5 day)
    – When manual send clicked it show just one result (see screenshot :https://imgur.com/bxfw8Hl ) and doesn’t seem to send a whole 250 emails batch.
    – The number of “to be sent” is decreasing with no reason.
    – Two days and the sending is still running.

    Maybe I don’t know exactly how it works and I’m totally wrong when I say that Mailpoet can’t handle more than 10K lists. Maybe it’s true.

    I’ve sent an email to support yesterday and still havn’t receive any response, that’s why I’m trying here.

    We never received your Premium support ticket. Can you contact us again at support.mailpoet.com?

    That said, the recommended sending speed is 181 emails per 5 minutes. Can you change it to those settings and see if it works?
