• On our school website we use the following plugins: Mailpoet (newsletter) and Formidable (forms). For two weeks now, Mailpoet has “disrupted” the “from” field (consisting of name and email address – of the forms that have been created in the Formidable. This made it easy to answer questions.
About 2 to 3 weeks ago, Mailpoet took over this field and the sender of the contact form seems to be the sender of our Newsletter (Mailpoet).
I have contacted Formidable support and they speak of “overriding the email headers” [It sounds like MailPoet may be overriding the email headers on your outbound messages. Does this issue persist if you disable the Mailpoet plugin temporarily for testing?].
If I deactivate Mailpoet then Formidable works again as it should. Unfortunately, you can no longer subscribe to the newsletter.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Mail Poet > Settings > Send all site’s emails with…

Change it to “The default WordPress sending method (default)”
