Mailpoet and WooCommerce: confirmation Mail not sent

  • Hi, I adopted a WP website with MailPoet and WooCommerce. Customers will be added to the list but will remain unconfirmed. Although I am sending the mails through MailPoet sending service which makes sign-up confirmation mandatory they will not receive a confirmation mail. I’ve already spent hours trying to figure out which configuration is missing. I would be grateful to find a solution.

    Hi there @herzogbe,

    Can you share the URL of the site that you are working on?

    In addition, can you share the sending status information in a screenshot? This is under MailPoet > Help on the “System Status” tab.
