MailPoet cannot find Woocommerce Customer List

The WooCommerce Customers list is an auto-generated list that automatically includes any subscribers with an associated user account with “Customer” role, or with an associated WooCommerce order (including guest orders): https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/278-the-woocommerce-customers-list

For that reason, subscribers can’t “join” that list, as it’s auto-generated, and it’s not possible to set up Welcome emails for the list.

You can create new lists in MailPoet as described in our guide here though:

After that, you can set up subscription forms to allow subscribers to join the lists, and set up Welcome emails to send when subscribers join lists:
