Mailpoet email says sent but not being received

    Hello,

    We’ve been using mailpoet for a while with it successfully sending to 1800+ recipients but recently emails aren’t being received after mailpoet saying they’re sent. We haven’t changed any settings in our Easy WP SMTP configuration (and the test email function in that plugin sends just fine still) but for some reason preview emails and emails to a subscriber list aren’t being received after it says it has been sent. They don’t show up in either the inbox or the spam/junk folder. Do you know any reason why this would be?

    We’re using WP v4.0 and mailpoet v.2.6.13

    Hi guys, MailPoet doesn’t work with those kind of plugins.

    Make sure you use the same SMTP connection information on MailPoet settings page, send with tab, select Third Party option and insert the SMTP connection details.
