    the sending status of my emails is NOT PROCESSED, what can I do to solve this, actually I do not have lots of people suscribing, but the emails aren’t working

    Hi @josedgal,

    Can you please confirm you’re referring to Welcome Emails?

    If you have sign-up confirmation enabled, the Welcome Emails will be sent only after the subscriber confirms their subscription and have their status changed from “Unconfirmed” to “Subscribed”.

    While they are listed as “Unconfirmed”, Welcome Emails will be scheduled but not processed. In order to get these “Unconfirmed” subscribers confirmed, you can resend the confirmation email to them by following these steps: How Do I Resend the Confirmation Email?
