I created a newsletter subscription form that appears at the bottom of each page of my site. I want to change the text “Sign up for my newsletter” but I can’t figure out where to edit it. When I click on Mailpoet > Form > Edit, none of the fields are editable. I feel like I’m missing something really obvious. Thanks for any help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @mpls,

When I click on Mailpoet > Form > Edit, none of the fields are editable.

Do you mean you can’t click on the fields to edit them, or you can’t find which field to edit?

It seems “Sign up for my newsletter!” is the header of your form, so you should be able to edit it in the form editor. Please share more details about this issue with us.

Thanks for responding. I realized the issue isn’t that I can’t edit the header, it’s that it gets covered up by the editing tool panel. I’ve tried resizing the window, opening it in different browsers, etc. and I can’t seem to get to the text.?Here are a couple of screencaps:

When I go to edit the form, I click on the text “Sign up for my newsletter”:

And then the editing tool panel covers up the header so I can’t get to it:

I suspect it’s something super simple and obvious that I’m just not seeing, but thank you for your time on this.

    Hi @mpls,

I can replicate this issue and I’ll forward it to our dev team so we can improve how the menu is displayed for the first field in the form editor.

In the meanwhile, you can move this block down so you can edit the text and once you’re done you can move it up again. Let me know if it works for you!

Yes, it worked to move the block down and edit it (didn’t think of that!). Thank you for your time!
