    Hi, I’m trying to build a subscriber list from my HappyForms Application 2022 form.
    I’ve set this up in my HappyForms form, to send via MailPoet and add the users email to my MailPoet subscriber list.

    I’ve sent a few different test submissions through the form with different email addresses, but none are showing up on my MailPoet subscriber list.

    Any help troubleshooting this would be great, thanks.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Can you please check if other emails sent properly with MailPoet? Like newsletters or test emails.

    If yes, then please reach out to their support team to troubleshoot your form since the integration between HappyForms and MailPoet is built by HappyForms so

    Also, if you’re using MailPoet Sending Service you might want to check the box to Send confirmation email.
