One of our members (users) has not received email since May.
It’s a hotmail email account, to which I can send emails OK directly.
He’s receiving email from other sources.
    The status was “bounced.”
I set the status back to “Subscribed” and sent a test email from MailPoet III. The status is back at “bounced.” Is this because it is synchronized with your database?
Is there any way to find out why it was set to bounced?

    Hi there @trevortokes,

    Thanks for reaching out!

It’s likely that there was an issue with delivering an email to this address at some point and our system marked it as a known bounce.

Please reach out to our premium support through the floating chat icon that should appear when you are navigating through MailPoet menus in WP Dashboard. We’ll be able to better assist you from there!

We don’t have a premium subscription. I only see a floating search icon.
The member’s email account must have recovered from what ever caused the bounces. Is there any other way to reset them to “subscribed?”

In this case, please contact us via https://www.mailpoet.com/support/sales-pre-sales-questions/ and include a link to this thread.

We’ll be able to provide you with more information there.
