    Hi,

    I registered my 1 free site.

    In any case, Maisonokw is still “Pending review” on the Mailpoet official page and interface. In the WP plugin, the key is activated and “working”. A confirmation email is successfully sent.

    Its shows

    We are currently reviewing your account, and you should expect to get an email from MailPoet about it within 48 hours. Once your subscription is approved, you’ll be able to send your emails with the MailPoet Sending Service to your subscribers.

    I already wait approx. 5 to 7 days. So, please approved so I can use my Mailpoet account.

    Please approve my Maisonokw site, I’m available if there’s anything I need to do.

    We requested some further information and are still waiting for your reply via email. You can reply to the email we sent on September 8th to provide this information.

    Specifically, we want to know how your subscribers joined your list and how they confirmed that they want to receive emails from your website.

    Hello,

    Yes, we are use mailpoet subscription form at the footer for that and users who signup for purchase a products.

    Hello again,

    Thank you for getting back to us and letting us know.

    I can confirm your subscription has been approved already, and is showing as “Active” so should be all set for sending.

    If you’re still seeing the message about the pending subscription, please go to the MailPoet’s Settings > Key Activation tab and click on the “Verify” button again to update the status of the subscription.

    If it doesn’t help, please go to the MailPoet > Settings > Send With… tab and change the sending method temporarily to “Other”, save it, and then change back to the “MailPoet Sending Service”.

    It would also be worth clearing your browser’s cache to see if that resolves the issue.
