MailPoet – New account review

Hi there,
How long do the team generally take to approve the free 0 – 1,000 subscribers MailPoet plan? The My Subscriptions page has the following message and customers are unable to sign up to newsletters on my website;
“You’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account. A confirmation will be sent by email to you.”
It’s been over a week now and I’m wondering whether to switch to a different newsletter service.
