MailPoet no longer redirects email links (2.6.17)

Thanks for this post. I was wondering why external links did not work anymore. All links to my own website do work…

I have temporarily solved the issue by creating redirects on my site for all external links. So my newsletter points to a URL on my site which actually is a redirect and not a page or post. Hope the issue is solved before my new mail goes out.

This is a known issue and the fix is ready and coming out this week on the new version. Make sure to update.

When I preview my newsletter and click on the links using my iPad, they work but not on my Macbook laptop. On the laptop, when I click on a link, it goes to a blank page. I have the newest version of MailPoet having downloaded it two days ago. Can anyone help? Thanks.
