• Hello there!

Migrating from Newsletter to Mailpoet on a website with over 3500 subscribers. I have an exising SendGrid connection and have validated the send from email and the full domain. I can send test emails without any issues.

When I create a newsletter, everything works well until I get to the end. MailPoet prompts me to upgrade the plan from 1000 subscribers, even though I’m not using MailPoet to actually send the emails. The Schedule button is greyed out.

    Is this expected behavior?

    Hello,

Yes, this is expected behavior from MailPoet. Even though you’re using your SendGrid connection to send the emails, you need a MailPoet subscription to manage over 1,000 subscribers.

The limit isn’t about sending emails, it’s about how many subscribers you manage within MailPoet. To schedule and send newsletters to more than 1,000 subscribers, you would want to upgrade your MailPoet plan.
