Mailpoet Not Scheduling

I feel a bit desperate… I have to send a newsletter 10 and 20 each month.
I will probably leave Mailpoet.
I tried every day.

Can you kindly confirm if you’re using the latest version of the MailPoet plugin? Can you also confirm when this started?

I will recommend you re-install the plugin by following this guide: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/258-re-installing-updating-the-plugin-via-ftp

Kindly send us the following if re-installing the plugin doesn’t help:

I uninstalled and reinstalled, disabled, changed the cron, and I'm also talking to your technical team. I really wanted to continue with you and even switch to a paid plan, but it’s not reliable right now. This started 10 days ago. I need to send a newsletter quickly and I can't. I've already lost time; I think I'm going to choose Mailchimp unfortunately. I'm still sending you the screenshots, but I've tried everything (even my hosting service). I think the technical issue is coming from you. I also have the latest version.

Hi @ineys, is there any error present on the send page when you click on Schedule? And have you tried sending the email immediately instead of scheduling it, if it works?

The issue is resolved, thank you for your help. I reconfigured all the DNS settings, and today, miraculously, the newsletter was sent ??
