Mailpoet not sending

  • I have some issues sending with mailpoet.
    í’m using Mailpoet sending service, and get error message
    Sending is paused because the following connection issue prevents MailPoet from delivering emails: There was an error processing your newsletter during sending. If possible, please contact us and report this issue., Error code: QUEUE-190-SAVE

    The number in error code is different every time I try to resume sending.
    Can anyone help please?

  • Hi Fred, thanks for contacting us.

    This means there’s something preventing a template from being rendered, so it can’t save or send the newsletter.

    Please check if you have any automated emails (Post Notification, Welcome Email, WooCommerce email) saved as an empty draft but activated. If you do, please permanently remove this email from the plugin and sending should be resumed.
