Mailpoet not sending automatic newsletters

    i′ve created a list where it supposed to sent immediately a newsletter once a subscriber signs up.

    i′m using my own service provider. When i did the test email, it work perfectly.

    I have activated and program the cron job as you guys said and still is not working.

    so a subscriber appears as unconfirmed and didn’t received the email.

    Make sure your current sending method is working.

    It is working. the API is not working good.
    Subscribers are added to the list but the automatic email is not sent. Unless i introduce the details manually. Then it sets the emails.

    I have checked my email provider and the test email and all good. Also the crop job is fine. But i don’t know why it doesn’t sent the emails to subscribers.

    By an API opt-in form i collect the emails and they are registered in my site. They appear there, as registered users waiting for confirmation.

    Then Mailpoet supposedly sent the emails but no confirmation email and no follow up.
