MailPoet – on activating plugin no acces on plugin menu in my-admin (500)

I installed about six month ago mailpoet v. 2.6.15 with WP 4.4.1. I included the rececipients and tested everything and it worked well, but I didn’t use it. Knowing everything worked well I wanted last week-end to send a newsletter and did not have any access on MailPoet. I was told to have no rights. I updated everything.
WP to 4.4.2 and MailPoet to 2.7.1. First automatically. Afterwards I had no access to the plugin-menu in my-admin.
I searched in the forum what to do and created a plugin-temp directory and tried to find out which plugin causes the error. It was not only MailPoet but also.
Afterwards I removed with FTP the whole mailpoet directory and uploaded the latest version 2.7.1 manually. But it does the same now.
On activating this plugin I no more have access to the Plugin-menu in my-admin. I really searched here in the forum, but did not find a poste who could help me with my problem.

Where can I see in my database, the people who inscribed themselves? <<<
I appreciate any help I can get, to be able to go on sending my first mailpoet newsletter….
