MailPoet Page: I am not a robot – not working

When our client is trying to subscribe for their newsletter they are redirect to this page: https://domain.com/?mailpoet_page=subscriptions&mailpoet_router&endpoint=subscription&action=captcha&data=eyJjYXB0Y2hhX3Nlc3Npb25faWQiOiJleDVndWxpYXEza2tnZzhvdzh3YzBjNDQ0c284MG80OCJ9
Which is a empty page: https://pixelheads.d.pr/uoLEWk
I don’t understand where this page comes from, why our client sees this page and we do not. Also why there is no content on this page. The page.php has the_content(); with the while loop.
