Mailpoet plugin error

Hi @onestopinternetshop,

We’ve seen a couple of similar reports and the team is already working on a fix to prevent this from happening.

In your case, we suggest deactivating and reactivating the plugin in the WordPress > Plugins page (yes, the good old “turn it off and on again”!).

These types of?errors are most often caused by either missing or corrupted files, which can happen if there’s some type of glitch while updating WordPress plugins/themes and something doesn’t go as expected.

As a first step here, I’d recommend re-installing the plugin and then checking to see if the issue is resolved. You can remove the plugin and re-install it from your admin dashboard’s Plugins page, or alternatively, we have a guide for re-installing via FTP here: Re-installing / Updating the Plugin via FTP

I have the same issue. Re-installing via FTP did not work (I overwrite MailPoet & MailPoet Premium folders) since it’s database columns that are missing. I also tried re-installing by renaming mailpoet folder and installing again, but it gives the critical error again. None of my transactional email now works, please urgently advise!
