Mailpoet / popupally thank you not working

My problem is that when the user signs up using my popup (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/popupally/) it does not ask the user to check email like the widget does. Instead it loads a page that looks exactly like my home page but the address is https://www.miseryorhappiness.com/#wysija. #wysija is not a page on my site. This is making the popup pop again as if it had not been filled out and submitted. There is no “Check you email to confirm” message even though I’m using the same form as with the working widget in the side bar.

What I need to happen when the popup form is filled out is to ether go to a new page that tells the user to check email or to have that same kind of message inside the popup up window.
