    Hello Support!

Congratulations on this great plugin. I find that the plugin is easy to use and integrates beautifully into any website.

Unfortunately I have the following problem with Mailpoet. I was able to “connect” to Mailpoet according to the user manual. When a website visitor signs up for the newsletter via Brave popup, the following happens:

Mailpoet’s opt-in email is sent to the email address provided by the site visitor. Unfortunately, the e-mail address is not saved in the specified Mailpoet list.

To be on the safe side, I tested the Mailpoet pluin: This works flawlessly.

Do you have any idea how to fix the problem?

    Many greetings
    Christian

@kobushi Have enabled double optin in Mailpoet? If you did, when you click the Mailpoet optin link, do you get added to the list?

Yes, I have activated double opt-in. After clicking on the Mailpoet optin link, the prospect will not be added to the list.

@kobushi When you enable double optin, adding the user to list is handled by MailPoet. Can you kindly try disabling the double optin and then make a test form submission and see if that works?

    Thanks

Here is the test result: if the registration confirmation is disabled, the subscriber will not be added to the list. Does not work unfortunately.

@kobushi We have just ran some tests and its working fine. The email is being added to both lists.

If you are using a spam protection or a security plugin can you try disabling them?

    Thanks

I use the following security plugin:
    Sucuri Security

Even if I disable the plugin, the pop up form does not work.

I also use iTheme Security. If I deactivate this plugin, the pop up form does not work either.

I have also disabled both plugins at the same time. The problem persists.

@kobushi You need to edit some plugin files to check if Mailpoet is throwing errors of any type.

Can you please get in touch with us through this page about this issue:
