    MailPoet Sending Service is Paused for My Account I have not received email notification, I do not understand why, I have 15 persons in my email list !

    I am a new user. I set everything up, but sending mail has not been active for days. My subscribers are “unconfirmed” and are not receiving emails.

    Your key is valid / MailPoet Sending Service is active / Note: your account is pending approval by MailPoet. Rest assured, this only takes just a couple of hours. Until then, you can still send email previews to yourself. Any active automatic emails, like Welcome Emails, will be paused. (Several days ago)

    Last seen error: SendingQueue: Sending has been paused.

    Please help, I have no more idea, whats wrong.

    I see that we emailed you about the account pause on January 30th but haven’t’ heard back. I re-sent this email to your MailPoet account’s email address.

    @kneandy80, your plan is pending approval. We emailed you before but our reply bounced. I re-sent it too.
