Mailpoet stopped sending messages

    Hi there!

    I setted up Mailpoet on my website few weeks ago. everything was working fine up until last saturday. Now my customers they don’t receive any purchase confirmation emails nor registration confirmation.

    WP mail log shows emails as sent but with multiple tests, I can see that no emails are sent out of the server.

    Can you help me with that issue?

  • I am experiencing the same issue.

    Sending has been paused due to a technical issue with MailPoet: The MailPoet Sending Service has stopped sending your emails for one of the following reasons:

    You may have reached the subscriber limit of your plan. Manage your subscriptions.
    You may have had a poor deliverability rate. Please contact our support team to resolve the issue.

    Check your sending method settings.

    Hi @thesoundman83,

    I see you have two accounts with us, and one of them had a subscription that has been deleted. I approved the new one for one of your accounts.

    Please let us know if sending is working now!
