I am using mailpoet on a wordpress site, order e-mails sent using mailpoet work fine, but the subscription form widget does not work properly: I have a error message when e-mail is sent. WP mail log shows that not e-mail is sent from the site.

    Can you help please ?

    Thank you,

    Emeline

    Hi @emlyn972,

I have a error message when e-mail is sent.

As I understand, there’s an error message showing on your subscription form when someone tries to subscribe to your mailing list. Is that correct?

Could you please share the error message with us, and also the page where the form is placed on your website?

    Thank you!

Yes, exactly, you understand right. The error message is: “There was an error when sending a confirmation email for your subscription. Please contact the website owner.”

I placed a test page at this link: https://www.atelierdesvernes.fr/elementor-1406/

Other mail functions of mailpoet (woocommerce e-mails during order process) are ok.

    Thank you for your help,

    Emelie

Hi i have the same problem, how did you restart it @emlyn972

    (@jah77)

i’m having it too, what can i do to make it work?

    Thread Starter emlyn972

    (@emlyn972)

I am not sure this will be the same for others, but in my case, I had a message at the top of the Mailpoet/Email tab, with a “restart” button to reactivate e-mail service. I clicked on it and it seemed to have unlocked the situation.

I did not receive and other message or confirmation, juste the message disappeard and the status on Help/System status was ok.

    Hope this can help you!

    Hi there @emlyn972,

I’m glad to hear that it works now!

@jah77 and @plakatraketten can you please open separate threads for your issues so we can take a look at them further?

    Cheers!
