• Hi. I come here because I have given up. I can’t find a solution to this problem.

    I can’t send more emails because it says the account has been paused. A message appears saying:

    “Sending has been paused due to a MailPoet technical problem: The MailPoet delivery service has stopped sending your mail for any of the following reasons: You have exceeded the subscriber limit of your plan. Manage your subscriptions. You have a bad delivery rate. Please contact our support team to resolve the problem.Check your shipping method settings.”

    Now check everything and delete all the emails that were causing the bounce.
    The number of sub-subscribers in my plan is 237 subscribers in your plan.
    That I have to do?
