MailPoet – The pop up does not appear on my website

I can confirm the pop-up is properly displayed on your website. However, the subscription doesn’t work because it is returning a 401 Unauthorized client error status response code.

This can be caused by your caching plugin. Please refer to this article: Error messages when subscribing through a MailPoet form

Hello, I set up mail subscription Pop up on my blog @ https://www.thedecentworld.com and now I wish to deactivate it but couldn’t do so.

I set the pop up to appear on all pages on my site. But it only pops up in one page.
Instead, I tried also to set it to specific showing in certain pages. Not working either. Is it a bug problem?
