Mailpoet White Screen problem and not getting feedback from Mailpoet

I have been using Mailpoet for a couple of years now, but in the last week I have hit a technical problem where the mailpoet settings area shows a blank white screen and pressing the newsletter “Preview Button” no longer works.
Until June I was a Premium member and have been trying to renew the membership for sometime without success. I could not login to my account, if I went through the process to reset my password I did not get any email’s. I tried this many times and it is not in my spam folder etc.
So, yesterday I upgraded to Premium as a new user which was accepted and when I pressed the button to subscribe to the newsletter it said I was already subscribed, so it clearly had my email on file.
I tried replying to an email I had received last year, but it just came back that I am not a premium member.
So, a support person from Mailpoet needs to contact me today to help me with my problem and also provide the usual acknowledgement of my payment and licence.
