mailpoet_manage_subscription_page_form_fields hooks doesn’t work

Hello.
I’d like to remove fields using mailpoet_manage_subscription_page_form_fields filters, but it doesn’t work.
I just pasted the code from the page below into /my-theme/functions.php but it didn’t work.
