PS. I am aware of the information on this page https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/221-customize-your-unsubscribe-page as reflected below.

However, the problem also occurs when I send a test email and test the unsubscribe link from there.

    ——–

Note: The custom Unsubscribe pages using the [mailpoet_page] shortcode won’t display as intended if viewed directly on your website’s frontend or from the Preview in the page editor — they will only display the shortcode in those cases. This occurs because the shortcode requires specific data from the URL parameters to render correctly (data that’s only present during the actual unsubscribe process).

To preview these custom pages, make sure to use the ‘Preview’ option provided in the MailPoet > Settings > Basics section (shown below). This method simulates the necessary conditions for the [mailpoet_page] shortcode to render as it would during the unsubscribe process. Alternatively, you can send yourself a test email, and test the Unsubscribe link from there.

    Hello there @whitelily85 ,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

It appears you’ve followed the steps here: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/221-customize-your-unsubscribe-page

Can you confirm you create this page with the Gutenberg editor? If no, kindly create the page using the Gutenberg editor.

Also confirm you’re viewing the page by going to MailPoet > Basic > Unsubscribe page > Preview.

If the page still doesn’t render, kindly send us a direct link to the unsubscribe page that you created so we can review it.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

After one of the last updates it seems to have been resolved. Thank you for now!
