    Hello.
I cannot send emails on my site (https://nws.report)
It is connected to Mailpoet’s email.

I read in the support Knowledge base that I should try and
    change the DNS records.

    I get this message:
“Some DNS records were not set up correctly. Please check the records again. You may need to wait up to 24 hours for DNS changes to propagate.”

I need to change the record names but they are not editable.

    Can someone please advise?
It says to contact Mailpoet’s Support but I’m not a paying customer… so I can’t.

    Help needed
    Kind regards,
    Keren

    Hey there @kerenelle !

    I get this message:
“Some DNS records were not set up correctly. Please check the records again. You may need to wait up to 24 hours for DNS changes to propagate.”

I need to change the record names but they are not editable.

It sounds like you are needing to change the DNS records that are set up for your site. I’m not sure where you are trying to change the records, but you will need to change them with your registrar usually (the place you registered the domain name for your site).

That will tell the email traffic where to route properly.

Here’s an article from us on how to make these changes: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/188-how-to-set-up-mailpoet-sending-service
