Mailpress overlaps with WP Fullcalendar

Hi,

I’m using WP Fullcalendar and Events Manager for my events calendar, and when I insert Mailpress widget into footer or sidebar, for user subscription, the calendar dissappears from it’s page. If i take the widget out, the calendar appears again.

Can you help me with a solution.
