    Hi Popup-Maker,

    our popups have been running for some years, but lately we only get empty mails in the notifications.

    Please help.

    Hi @carmenbischof,

    We checked your site and saw that the form in your popup is from Jetpack.

    Our popups only serve as containers for content, so we suggest you reach out to Jetpack to figure out why their forms are sending empty mail notifications.

    Thank you very much – we’ll liaison with Jetpack in that case.

    Just one last concluding question: We tried sending your form without filling in any information, and it worked. Is there a way to make fields obligatory (and if so where – we were too blind to find it).

    We were unable to reproduce the behaviour on our test site with the Popup Maker Subscription Form.
