    Hi, we apparently hit the limit of 5000 mails a month and it fully locked all our systems since 3 days already, however i’m really confused because this client website isn’t supposed to send that much emails,
    is there a way to see the list of sent mails in order to see what’s causing the issue ?

    we would like to see where this issue comes from and if it’s legitimate, because if it’s not we’re going to fix it and otherwise if it is we will just upgrade, but we need to be able to see what is going on.

    Hi there @enexbe,

    Searching our systems for that tapiscaravane.fr domain, strangely I’m not seeing any currently active plans — the only accounts/plans I see associated with the domain have been cancelled for a while already.

    I do see that site is an eCommerce site. If it is sending all of the site’s transactional emails as well, then that could explain why you reached the sending limit. You can check the “Send all site’s emails with…” setting under MailPoet > Settings > Advanced.
