    Hello,

Since approximatively 15th november, newsletters scheduled aren’t sent. In my back office, I have to send myself with the button send now. I note I use this plugin for 2 years without problem…

I didn’t touch to the setting up to now and I’m looking for what we could do to solve this issue.
Could you help me please .
The version use is 2.7.5 of Mail Poet newsletter.
My browser is Ferefox V50.0 on WIN 7 64 bits Family edition Premium.

    Regards
    Djam

I have something that looks like the same problem. I’m using Sparkpost and sending went well, although I had to click Sent now each time. But now it is stuck on 300 mails, and I don’t have the option anymore to click on sent now. It only says the last batch was sent 28 minutes ago, and there is nothing else I can do ?? …

Please, it’s kind a urgent (invitations).

    Hi Support,

I am having the same issues as djam77. I used to have a weekly newsletter go out every Friday morning to all of my blog readers but for the last few weeks it has not gone out at all. Not even when I change times etc. And when I tried sending out manually it only sent out one post that was published and left out the other 20.

Please assist urgently as my next newsletter goes out Friday at 6am South African time.

I really don’t want to have to go back to using Mailchimp as I love Mailpoet.

    Thanks,
    Dale Kopping

I deleted the newsletter and saved a new one with the same options and now it works.
    Strange thing, I think.

Maybe this could help you guys.

Thank you, but it still doesn’t work.

    Hi Everybody,

Now the sending is working fine at my side.
I’m going to explain you that I do to solve the problem.
Mainly, 2 things seems to be necessary to restart the automatic send of Mailpoet.

1 – I’ve configure a cron task at my provider. (So, I solved also my automatic backup with UpDraftPlus which didn’t run)

2 – After, I have created a new newsletter but not from a duplicate.

After that, my automatic send has worked fine. I hope it will help you !

    Hi guys,

The last reply from @djam77 has all the solutions:

    1) If you’re experiencing issues with the sending process please create a cron job in your server… we have a guide here – https://docs.mailpoet.com/article/47-configure-cron-job

    2) Create a new automatic newsletter from scratch, do not duplicate it.

    See if it works.

That worked for me. Thank you @djam77!

However, @wysija this is a workaround, but really this is a bug, as the wp-cron integrated way should be working fine. Any idea on a fix?

    Thank you.

Free users must rely on its visitors to send the newsletters or create a cron job in their servers.

Please have a look at this guide to understand the cron – https://docs.mailpoet.com/article/46-understanding-the-cron

A cronjob runs on my server and is registered in mailpoet.
    Mailpoet does not send. ??
