Mailster issue with Redis caching

hi, When using redis, the sending works.
However, the Mailster status does not update: the campaign seems “pauzed”, no clicks are shown, it seems it is just “stuck”.
Only after clearing the redis cache can I see some statistics, but Mailster keeps being somehow jammed in that process.
I already asked the Redis-plugin developer, and he says Mailster should fix this issue.

How can you solve this please ?
