is it possible to do it “automatically”, so that I don’t have to do that 70 times?
Is this at least possible to do in Excel and then import it again?

yes, you could take a look at the TablePress Extension from https://tablepress.org/extensions/automatic-url-conversion/ for this. It will convert email addresses to clickable links.

If that’s not what you desire, some search/replace magic in Excel should be the easiest, and then just re-import the table.
