Mailtpl Woocommerce Email Composer requires WooCommerce to be active to work

    After updating to version 1.4, I get this error message “Mailtpl Woocommerce Email Composer requires WooCommerce to be active to work.”

    Like many other users, we are not necessarily using this plugin with WooCommerce.

    The previous version, 1.3.2.1 was working regardless; the new version it is not unless we install WooCommerce. I need some clarification.

    Can you please advise?

    Yes, technically, it was overlooked on multiple levels, and we feel really sorry for our users’ inconvenience. We have restructured the team flow for this plugin and are working on it on high priority. We know this is high time for our users, and simply saying it was overlooked will not resolve anything for them.

    So we are planning a strategy to resolve these issues in a disciplinary manner to avoid further loss and make it a more user-friendly email customizer extension for our WordPress users.

    We may restructure this new WooCommerce flow to merge into a single customizer to avoid further confusion as we move on.

    Your input and suggestions will add significant value during this transition.

    Just being clear about what way you are going and what happened means a lot. Thanks for that. If you go the more WooCommerce route, please keep the original an option. I for one and it seems more, really like it and will keep using it if at all possible.
